1
Phase 1 - Status Quo
Together we clearly define your current mediocre situation. We identify what is feeling good and what is making you feel bad, what is working and what isn’t. You get to take two on-line personality tests that cut about 3 months out of the process and provide a very clear profile of who you are, what your strengths and weaknesses are, what motivates you, where you get your energy from, what your calling and life purpose is, who you relate well with and who to avoid, and so much more that I don’t have enough time and space to lay it all out here…

Phase 2 - The Goal
Most people don’t tell anyone what they want or what they are struggling with and because of that they don’t get an outside perspective. So, based on what we have learned about you and your situation in phase 1 and what we have identified as making you feel bad i.e. “not working” we clearly define your perfect life, career, relationships, etc. Where do you need to be to express your full potential? What environment is nurturing and nourishing for you to feel much much better about yourself, your life, your career, your relationships and much much more? Once we know where you want to be, we design a practical 100 step plan in phase 3 to get you there…

Phase 3 - The Plan
In this phase we create a clear plan, your road-map to close the gap between where you are (Phase 1) and where you need to be from phase 2. This is your map to achieving the life you deserve so that you are living up to your full potential. Your plan contains one hundred (100) very specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, timely and practical steps. Some will be easy to achieve, others might take a while. Having these goals will make you feel empowered and achieving them will feel very satisfying. After about 80 of these 100 steps you will feel so much better…

Phase 4 - The Journey
With your 100 step road-map in hand we embark on the adventure of getting from A to B, from where you are stuck currently to where you want to be in the future. Very few people (if any) achieve anything great alone. Sports stars have teammates and coaches. I hold your hand and guide and lead you along this path. It’s a lot of fun, very rewarding and you will immediately feel better, knowing you are in control and getting unstuck and moving forward. Yes, you will encounter obstacles and we will overcome them together and keep you moving towards bliss in all areas of your life that we defined in phase 2…
